Sheppard's Campus Bed & Breakfast, is on 16 Campus Ave. in Kingston and is just steps away from University of Rhode Island (URI) front gates! It is perfect for parents, alumni and visiting faculty!  Enjoy the gardens from the front porch or back deck. Each one of our rooms has a queen bed, private bath, and ample storage. A full breakfast is served in the guest dining room. We are conveniently located near Narragansett and South County beaches, which are 10 minutes away. Sheppards Cottage Bed & Breakfast is our second B&B and is at 8 Lindsley Dr., in Narragansett, RI. Where we have are surrounded by gardens, wetlands, and a duckpond. We serve a full breakfast in the converted tack room. Each room has a queen bed, private bath, and lots of storage. One room also has two twin beds in a sleeping loft - perfect for families. There is cable TV in the Guest Living Room and WiFi throughout.
