The first B&B is on 16 Campus Ave. in Kingston and is just steps away from RIU front gates! It is perfect for parents, alumni and visiting faculty! Enjoy the gardens from the front porch or back deck. Each one of our rooms has a queen bed, private bath, and ample storage. A full breakfast is served in the guest dining room. Our second B & B is in Narragansett, RI. Where we have are surrounded by gardens, wetlands, and a duckpond. We serve a full breakfast in the converted tack room. Each room has a queen bed, private bath, and lots of storage. One room also has two twin beds in a sleeping loft - perfect for families. There is cable TV in the Guest Living Room and WiFi throughout.
